  • Different formats. Receive a mix of pre-recorded videos, invitations to live-sessions, messages to reflect on and more. Learn how to practice yoga in your daily life.


How do I join?

Joining is simple. Click on the Button “Join Today!” before December30, and sign up for your online membership. Afterwards, send me an email with your phone number, so I can add you to the WhatsApp group: julia@warriorprincessyoga.com

What will I get?

An international community of like-minded people. Daily yoga tasks via email. Access to the teacher to ask questions. Access to more than 100 on-demand videos if you want to practice more yoga beyond the daily challenge. 

How much is it? 

If you are already a member of my online yoga channel, it is completely free to join. If you are not a member yet, please choose your subscription option. The longer you join the cheaper it gets. You can cancel your subscription any time in your chosen period.

Can I get a free trial?

Yes, absolutely. The first 7 days of your subscription are for free. So you can try it out completely risk free. If you do not wish to continue your membership, simply cancel before the free trial ends.

What if I cannot complete the task of the day?

All good! Yoga shouldn’t add any stress to your life. You can complete the task another day or save the mail for later when you feel called to do it. This challenge should be fun and you are doing it for yourself. So please respect your own needs at any time. 

I am so busy, do I need a lot of time to participate?

The tasks will vary in length and some will be done quicker and others you might choose to sit with a bit longer. I encourage you to put a bit of time apart to dedicate to your practice, after all it would be nice if we can prioritize time for our practice going forward. You decide how much time you want to invest into the challenge. Maybe you just chose 3 tasks per week? Adapting your practice to your life is yoga. 

Can I join later?

We start the challenge January 1st. I kindly ask you to sign up before December 30st. Even if you do not start January 1st, you will already be part of the community from the beginning and receive the daily tasks for you to practice when you are ready. You can always join my online channel, sign ups for the challenge though will be closed after December 30st! 

Who is the teacher?

Julia has completed more than 1,800 hours of yoga training and continued education and taught more than 3,000 hours of yoga. But most importantly, any number of education will not determine if you like her vibe. So jump on the free trial, practice a short class and see for yourself. 

Is there an APP?

Yes! Once you signed up via the link above you can download the Sudor app and take the challenge on your phone wherever you go.
