Julia is teaching Flow, Yin Yoga and Hatha & Yoga Nidra at Street Yoga Nørrebro, Wednesday evening. Further you can find her multiple times per week at SATS Copenhagen. Use the SATS app and set your instructor filter on Julia Elisabeth Esther Gräßer to find all her yoga classes in Copenhagen.  

Emily teaches regular Vinyasa classes at NOR: Nordic Health House on Monday at 17.30, Wednesday 7.30, Friday at 16.30 and Saturdays at 14.45 (Slow Flow).

I really enjoy Julias Yin Yoga classes. Very different to the general Vinyasa Flow classes I normally take but nonetheless very effective. She is a very attentive teacher and recognizes the needs of her students. She creates a very comfortable and free atmosphere. I highly recommend her classes.

Julia is one of the most precious yoga teacher I’ve ever had! I would recommend all her practices with a special mention for her yoga nidra. I got so relaxed and so deeply calmed down by her voice during each session, she helped me letting it go towards either a tight sleep or for restful nap. Very powerful experience and human being. thank you Warrior Princess!

Julia ably and effortlessly led a vinyasa class with clear instruction and really helpful assists. She spoke about philosophy just the right amount, there was still plenty of space and quiet to really get into the practice. Thank you Julia!! I loved it
