Stress Management and Relief Workshop
A Unique workshop for Companies to reduce and prevent stress among their employees
Reduce the amount of employees on stress leave with the help of the first workshop combining stress management, yoga and meditation. Justine, certified life and stress coach and Julia, certified and experienced yoga, breathing and meditation teacher, are joining their extensive knowledge about stress to offer your team an exclusive workshop including facts about stress and how to manage and prevent it as well as hands-on yoga, breathing and meditation exercises for stress relief.
In Denmark, 430,000 Danes experience serious stress-related symptoms every day and 35,000 are on stress leave daily (Stressforening). Learning to recognize and prevent stress at an early stage will boost well-being at work and reduce the company’s costs related to stress leave and treatments. The earlier you treat stress, the faster and easier it will be to recover.
Justine is an experienced life and stress coach and founder of Grow Life Coaching, and Julia, is an advanced yoga teacher and founder of Warrior Princess Yoga. Together, they will ensure that your teams get a comprehensive understanding about stress and easy to implement tools to manage and reduce stress in their daily lives and at work.
Justine will open-up this 3.5 hours workshop with facts and knowledge about stress in general, stress symptoms and 10 tools to start reducing stress today. After a short-break, Julia will show your teams on the yoga mats, a combination of carefully selected yoga poses and breathing and meditation exercises that will help your teams to relax immediately and be able to continue their day with focus and creativity.
The first known definition of yoga is: “the cessation of the fluctuation of the mind”. In other words: Yoga calms the monkey mind, the worrying, the anxiety, the mental stressors. In this workshop, the participants will learn a perfect daily combination of breathwork, meditation and yoga poses to reduce and prevent stress. Julia will present plenty of options, so everyone can practice no matter previous yoga experience.

The Stress Management workshop was a fantastic tool for our team members to get to know and understand stress as well as providing actionable tools to reduce stress in their every day life. It was a very engaging format, educational and fun, perfect to start discussions within a team. Thank you Julia and Justine!
Working in a fast-growing business unit at Novo Nordisk with the organization going through significant changes, require that you obtain strong tools and abilities to cope with the potential stress you can face. The Stress management workshop I enrolled in provided me with strong tools to identify stress and how to cope with potential stress.
At Novo Nordisk the mental health well-being of our employees is of paramount importance to us, and especially for our early talents who join on the graduate programme. We need to ensure we provide them with the tools and techniques to increase self-awareness for early indicators of stress and effective coping strategies. Justine provided my graduates with the foundation they need to build on, and with the ongoing support of myself and their host managers I am confident they are well equipped to combat any signs of stress!
The practical yoga session with Julia was a great way to end our workshop, I think the combination of theory and then movement and relaxation works really well – thanks ladies!
