Summer Yoga Classes for Everyone

We meet regularly throughout summer to practice what we love: yoga in nature! Kongens Have as been holding space for us the last seasons, and this is where we will practice outdoor yoga in Central Copenhagen this year too. 

The class is a Hatha Vinyasa yoga blend depending on the group and the energy of the day and everyone is welcome. We will challenge advanced yogis and gently introduce new yoga students to the practice. We are blessed with a wonderful outdoor yoga community that welcomes everyone. So we are looking forward to have you join too! You can either purchase a single outdoor yoga class for 150DKK or save 10% by buying 5 outdoor yoga classes in advance. All class passes are valid until the end of this outdoor yoga season 01.10.2023.

Our agreement for practicing outdoor yoga in Copenhagen together: 

Our practice place is like last year at Kongens Have at the entrance opposite Kronprinsessegade 20. 

Everyone respects each other, this is an inclusive space.

You are responsible for your own outdoor yoga practice.

Each class has a minimum participation of 4 students. So please sign-up in good time. This helps us plan. We will cancel the class 2h before start if minimum student numbers are not met.

Bring your own mat. If you don’t have a mat you can rent one for 50DKK by pre-ordering latest 4h before class. Text me: 31505992

We keep an eye on the weather and we might cancel due to rain up to 2h before the class. In this case you can use your prepaid outdoor yoga class stays valid for next time. 

You can cancel free of charge up to 3h before. After that the class fee can not be transferred to a new class. 

We do not refund classes bought, but you can give your spot to a friend, or join another class, if you re-book latest 3h before the class.

If you are pregnant and had a regular pre-natal yoga class and know your modifications, you are welcome to join outdoor yoga in Copenhagen. Otherwise, please get in touch and I will refer you to my expert colleagues.

I met Julia at a retreat and she is an amazing teacher and a really lovely human. I loved how she didn't rush through the process and we really went back to basics, while at the same time learning a wide variety of things about yoga, from how to do a certain asana to yogic wisdom. Julia is one of the most precious yoga teacher I’ve ever had! I would recommend all her practices with a special mention for her yoga nidra. The best yoga in Copenhagen. They are very skilled at Hatha yoga, Yin, and yoga nidra. Julia has a good personality, an she is one of my favorite instructor.
