Free Guided Meditation

Sit back, press play and take a break

Guided meditations can be a great way to get started with your meditation practice. Or sometimes your regular meditation practice is just not kicking in, and a guided meditation can be a great way to still get into the present moment. Find a comfortable seated position or lie down, and set everything else apart. Allow yourself 25 minutes of your day to give your busy mind a break. You will feel refreshed afterwards. Do not worry if your mind starts to wonder, even in guided meditations it is a very natural thing to happen. The moment you notice, just gently guide your awareness back to the voice that is guiding you. The less you fight it, the less the mind will persist. Think of meditating like having an orgasm, the more you want it, the harder it is to get it. Once you let go and relax it will come naturally and most of us will feel pretty great afterwards 😉 Now sit back, close your eyes and listen to Doug’s soft voice guiding you through his meditation.

Breathe right, now.

Another great thing that happens when we breath through the nose is the production of NO, which also plays part in the absorption process. NO is further important to keep your blood vessels healthy and regulates blood pressure. It is also important for the immune system and nervous system including a healthy brain. NO has antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal properties. New studies suggest that it could also reduce the viral load of SARS-COV2. Lesser load has been shown as correlating with milder symptoms and lower risk of transmission.

Why we should still practice together. Yoga during the lockdown.

“It is not about individuality or certain sections of society. It is all about recognizing that we are all connected and part of one universal being. We all are governed by vibrations. A happy person can make us happy and an unhappy person spreads unhappiness. When glaciers melt due to global warming the water levels rise around the planet. Global warming is such a glaring reminder that we cannot isolate ourselves.” Bhanu Narasimhan

How Yoga can change your life

If 2020 taught us something then it is that we need to be more flexible – in our minds too. Yoga can help you with this as its original meaning is: the cessation of the fluctuation of the mind. Change is all around us, and it is our ability to respond to it that decides if we thrive and look for new opportunities or if we let it control us and suffer.

Julia is one of the most precious yoga teacher I’ve ever had! I would recommend all her practices with a special mention for her yoga nidra. I got so relaxed and so deeply calmed down by her voice during each session, she helped me letting it go towards either a tight sleep or for restful nap. Very powerful experience and human being. thank you Warrior Princess!

Julia ably and effortlessly led a vinyasa class with clear instruction and really helpful assists. She spoke about philosophy just the right amount, there was still plenty of space and quiet to really get into the practice. Thank you Julia!! I loved it
